Been experimenting with Ritual's ONNX precompile, so I built a small demo. Doodle Classifier ✏️ Connect your wallet, draw a doodle, and submit a transaction. Your drawing is preprocessed in the browser into a 28×28 grayscale tensor and sent as calldata to a smart contract on the Ritual Testnet. The contract invokes Ritual's ONNX precompile (0x0800), which executes the model during transaction execution and returns 50 output scores to the contract. The frontend applies softmax to those scores and displays the Top-5 predictions with their confidence scores. The current model recognizes 50 supported doodle categories. A complete list is available in the app, so try drawing one of them and see how the model performs. The model is based on a publicly available CNN trained on Google's Quick, Draw! dataset, exported to ONNX, uploaded to Hugging Face, and referenced by the smart contract using its model ID.
