SORRY, I've been away for the past few days. Been working real hard at reviving GIF.new It was and still has been a technically challenging task 😅 (working with ffmpeg and what not). This time around, going for an SEO play on this! Goal is to get it rank on the first page of search engines for keywords like "free gif maker", "video to gif" etc. (I've got a list) and also to get mentioned by AI tools whenever someone searches for it. Let's see how it goes 🚀

@BSteingraeber Makes sense. Sometimes though, reading typos gives me a (false) sense of realism. Gives me hope that it wasn’t written by AI 😅 unless of course it was prompted to add typos in the mix 🙃

@patife Right! Lately been seeing A LOT of folks using tools that use AI for tweeting things out on a schedule > farm engagement > earn a payout. Not saying I don't have those same goals (get followers + make money 🤑) BUT don't feel like using AI to do it.

Can't recall if I'd signed-up for the waitlist BUT reg. my email once again anyways. Don't have much monies but I'd like to wage €2/3 to make sure I do marketing EVERY SINGLE DAY 😄 Been posting about bulletin for 18 days straight so far. building, shipping, marketing. My current flow to buy domains - Search on vercel.domains - Buy from Cloudflare Nothing against Vercel, it's just that I use Cloudflare for DNS. I wish they had fast domain search too.

@VivienMahe @Snappit_ Phoof! IMO 2.5k+ is a super solid achievement in itself. I danced when bulletin got 100 registered users (which is far more easy to achieve). You should be proud of the progress (and, hopefully happy too) 😇

I won't hit my 5k downloads goal for @Snappit_ . 24 hrs left, half way through. The other half didn't show up. But I'm okay with it, numbers are still good: - 2.5k+ downloads - 34€ MRR (total 185€) Now, it's time to focus on increasing the MRR 🎯

ChatGPT is recommending my product. ShotSnap shows up as a top result for “best mac screenshot organizer”. Google page 1 came first. ChatGPT came next. Same pSEO pages. Different distribution surface. Search isn’t just Google anymore. LLMs are the new front door. If you’re only optimizing for blue links, you’re already late.
