Today is Armed Forces Day and this year is particularly poignant as we remember the Falklands War 40 years ago where 255 British Servicemen gave their lives. Perth & Kinross Council is a proud signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, which we first signed in 2012

The @theSNP in Perth and Kinross have just voted against an amendment that the oppostion parties should be able to appoint a convenor of Scrutiny. This is a vile desacration of our local democracy and an overt attempt to evade scrutiny. That's SNP Scotland for you...
