25,000 simulations and a robot's telling me it's coming home. I'm starting to believe.
Put the Norway game through Fable 5 this morning whilst making a coffee. It's backing England through to the semis.
Claude's got Haaland nailed on to score, which, fair enough, the man's been a menace all tournament. But it's also tipping Bellingham for another 10 out of 10, and I'll take that all day.
England to nick it?
And yes, that is me on Kane's body... 👀

A sleeper reason why Meditation makes you more successful that no one else talks about:
It makes you really good at product and content.
Why? Because meditation zooms you out from your own human experience.
You start noticing when a product experience frustrates you.
Or why that specific video captured your attention.
AKA - meditation makes your prior subconscious preferences conscious.
Once you understand your own emotional reaction to things, you can then extrapolate everyone else's too.
Which leads you to:
- Make a product experience that feels seamless and delights
- Make content that hooks people in and engages them
So go meditate. It'll make you a lot of money.
It'll also make you a lot happier. :)

Cheers! Nothing that fancy under the hood, it's fully manual right now, the user marks what to redact themselves. No model, no detection layer. The privacy win is just that it's all client-side: parsing, redaction, export, nothing leaves the browser, no backend at all.
SLM + WebGPU for on-device auto-detection is exactly where I'd want to take it though. Did have regex-based detection at one point but it was too noisy to trust. A small local model is the obvious next step. Have you built anything that way?
English

@chrisbradyuk Amazing! Is it leveraging an SLM and WebGPU?

Got tired of everything I build for people looking like the same generic SaaS tool.
So I had a bit of fun with this one.
Redactyl.fyi Strips sensitive info out of your documents, all in the browser. Nothing gets uploaded, nothing stored.
Been using it myself for a while. A few people said they'd use it too, so I gave it some proper branding and here it is. Free.

@jesse_vermeulen ooooh... i thought we were all over liquid glass but this is beautiful. love the slight warp it adds around the edges as the background comes into shot.

@nbaschez I have been working on this since August, but for the construction industry. Should be ready to share soon.
English

@buildwithsid Same here. Feels like when you're working on something solid, you enter some form of flow state and the ideas keep coming. I'm prioritising the most sensible, something that has legs and can sustain everything else. It won't be life changing, but so far no one has done it.

Very excited for this launch! I highly recommend connecting your Gmail to Granola for better briefs.
Some stats:
- We pre-generate them overnight so they are ready in the morning
- We generate a personalized brief for every person (even in the same meeting)
- It takes the agent 3.6 mins on avg to research and write a single brief
- It costs us ~6 cents per brief (64k input tokens on avg)
- We use 3 different models (one for research, web search, and writing)
The briefs definitely get stuff wrong still, but keep getting better. Please send feedback!
Granola@meetgranola
No more frantic Googling right before a meeting. Introducing Briefs. Granola searches your emails, the web, and previous meeting notes. Then writes 3 bullets with just what you need to know. Join your next meeting feeling prepared.
