@NathanSRobinson @BuildUpDenver I would argue against restricting density to arterial roads. Dense housing doesn’t want to be on a stroad anymore than single family does. Build them in the residential neighborhoods. Expand density a few blocks back from the arterial.

@bobbyfijan We call them urban mud rooms. People absolutely love them. They sell units when people walk in the door. Also, we started with an image that looked a lot like that, but we ended up with wooden cubbies under the bench, a floating wood shelf above, and a series of hooks.

We are looking for a second retail tenant at Wakpada. 1,500sf of space on the ground floor adjacent to Cafe Ceres. 126 units of housing above, and 500 additional units of rental housing within 2 blocks. Needs to be neighborhood serving retail. Who should we get?

@investing_law The absolute best for a large family who in snow a lot is a Toyota Sienna AWD. Have driven ours up and down to mountains from Denver hundreds of times, our kids fight over it now that they drive (Parents drive SUVs), and the cargo is better than a Suburban. - Denvet dad of 3

We need a bigger car. 🚗 Any suggestions? Prefer at least 6 seats (will have 2 kids). Prefer AWD. 🌲 Open to hybrids but not all-electrics. Currently looking at the 4Runner and (if misbehaving) the Lexus GX. But I'm really early in the process to am open to suggestions and things I haven't considered.

Want to develop a great neighborhood? Find some old buildings in a good location with a lot of land around them. Buy those old buildings and the surrounding land. Redevelop those old buildings into something cool. Build dense mixed used on the land. Done.
