You’re cherry-picking and ignoring reality @mattvanswol . The ACA covered 20+ million people and ended pre-existing condition denials—that’s not opinion, that’s fact. The “keep your plan” issue mostly affected junk plans that didn’t meet basic standards. Premiums rose early, then stabilized, and subsidies (which your side fights) are what make coverage affordable. Fraud exists in every federal program, it’s audited and addressed. Before the ACA, insurers could deny or drop you. After it, they can’t. That’s not a failure, that’s progress. If it’s so bad. Trump 1.0 would have done something about it…. But he didn’t

The day the Affordable Care Act passed was one of my proudest moments as president, because it meant that millions of Americans would have access to health care, some for the first time. The ACA also prevented insurance companies from denying people with pre-existing conditions coverage, allowed young people under the age of 26 to remain on their parents’ plan, expanded Medicaid, and so much more. But the ACA was always meant to be a first step. We still have to do more to expand access and make health care more affordable for everyone.

When comparing muscle mass of groups of individuals, such as different ethnic groups of women, it is accepted that age, weight and height are covariates. As an example, an average c_sgender woman with height 170cm will have equivalent relative muscle and fat mass when compared to an average c_gender woman with height 160cm, but the taller woman will have higher absolute weight and muscle mass. It would be erroneous to expect the taller woman to have the equivalent absolute muscle mass as a shorter woman. Relative measures are not equal between the sexes. An INTERNATIONAL LEVEL trans woman CYCLIST in this study demonstrated an ~15% LOSS of aerobic capacity with 3 months of GAHT & a 19-33% & 15-30% LOSS of lower and upper body strength respectively with 18 months of GAHT.
