🚨UPDATE: All lanes remain blocked on NB I-5 at 188th St in #SeaTac for a collision. The backup is about 15 miles stretching to #Fife. We're seeing backups on SR 18 & SR 167 as well. If possible, avoid the area & delay travel, or prepare for major delays for your morning commute

@AskAmex can you all help and get me a freaking serve supervisor on the phone? This is ridiculous 5 hours to talk to fraud??? And then when calling on my partners phone kist xfered and put on hold

@AskAmex 3 hours on hold now and still have to get back to cs and talk to a supervisor been on this phone since 6am and it's 5pm this is ridiculous you need to get better cs for serve holders

@AskAmex 4 hours now and still no sign of anyone answering been 3 days and u can't get anyone to help and when I ask for a serve supervisor I get put in hold for over an hour and hung up in I'm frustrated
