@British_Airways always out to fleece your customers. Flight cancelled from New Zealand to London so you then charge a massive premium - disguised as a favour - to take an alternative flight. In my case 75% of my original ticket. Shame.

BA then take advantage by charging premium fares on alternative flights. Always someone ready to make a bit of profit from disasters!

Australia closed its borders even for transit passengers just before we began check in. BA denied knowledge of this 5 hrs later. Where were they?
