Hi @DellUK please reply to my complaint raised on 20th June re: XPS laptop with power fault & poor service from Dell sales rep in (not) resolving issue. Sales rep stopped responding to our emails & lack of contact from Dell complaints dept. leaves me questioning if Dell cares?😭

@DellCaresPRO Hi @DellCaresPRO - I am aware of this, the issue has been ongoing since 7th March 2019 so the warranty has now expired, please review my recent complaint submitted through the complaints form on 20th June 2019 and emails with Kiran Kumar Lingam since 7th March 2019. Thanks.

@virginmedia Hi @virginmedia - I have factory reset the hub, left it unplugged for 12 hours but the same public IP address remains. Web chat told me there is no means of changing the public IP other than closing my account and signing back up as a new customer? Please help! Thanks, CJ
