Founder told me this last week: "I've only ever hired helpers. I don't even know how to hire someone who can actually own something." $6M business. Great team on paper. That one sentence is the whole problem.

Delegating chaos just creates distributed chaos. You can't buy back time you haven't created yet.

Your CMO is measured on leads. Your COO is measured on efficiency. Neither one is measured on whether you're getting closer to the life you wanted. That's the real scoreboard nobody's watching.

@businessbarista I see this daily for FTE interviews, contractors, agencys...just ghost. No meeting decline, no 'hey can we reschedule my dog died sorry', nothing.

I'm sort of baffled. I've been spending 30 hours a week interviewing strategists & engineers. Probably 20% of candidates never show up for the call. Is this a generational thing? Is it just that people are poor communicators? Imo, nothing more entitled than no showing to a job interview.

Who’s the best landing page builder on @beehiiv DM me rates and why you’re the guy/girl. Need a lead magnet page built asap. If great, will need 5 more LPs

@chriskpiper the terminal filter is good. I'd add: ask what they've actually shipped with it. prompts and products are very different things.

What founders think they need at $5M: a COO a fractional CMO an EOS implementer a business coach a rebrand a new funnel What they actually need: a diagnosis Everything else is problem ping-pong.

@chriskpiper @beehiiv Can help here. Focus is on conversion-first LPs — strong hook, clear offer, and frictionless signup. Built to go live fast and scale to multiple pages.

About to hit $4.5M run rate. Still 1 founder + AI. Zero employees. Honest moment: this past week almost broke me. No one prepares you for what PMF actually feels like. Every infra partner hitting rate limits. Every bug that could happen, happened. Investors throwing big numbers at me. Customers flooding every channel. All at once. I went silent. Stopped tweeting, stopped LinkedIn, stopped podcasts, stopped growth. Just me and my AI agents, fixing things one by one. Here's what I learned: everything is solvable with AI. Every single thing. I'm building Polsia so every solopreneur gets access to the same tools keeping me alive right now. If I can survive this alone, I can package it for everyone. The future is solopreneur + AI. I'm living at the edge so you don't have to.

@tomfgoodwin Even worse: the ai enhanced pictures of what the home COULD look like. Pools, landscaping, guest houses — not actually on the property.

It's 2026, and most real estate listings don't have a floorplan What is with that? Am I just a freak that can read one?

There’s an 80-page strategy deck sitting in your Google Drive right now. I know because I've seen a hundred of them. Nobody implements any of them.

@alex_prompter Entirely false -- look how big Anthropics marketing team is now. This was 2 years ago.

This is insane. The entire role of "marketing team" just got redefined as "one person who knows how to chain AI tools together." Claude Code → MCP → Figma pipeline is doing the work of 5-6 specialists. And 41% above industry conversion means it's not just faster. It's actually better than the human-heavy version. The new hiring question isn't "how big is your marketing team." It's "does your one person know how to build AI workflows." Anthropic just showed everyone the playbook. Most companies won't adopt it for 2-3 years. The ones who do now will run circles around everyone else.
CG@cgtwts

This is INSANE, Anthropic ran its marketing with basically one person. Austin lau, a non-technical growth lead, was running paid search, paid social, email, and seo solo. Here’s the workflow: > export ad CSVs into Claude Code > AI flags underperforming ads > agents generate new headlines + descriptions > Figma auto-swaps copy across 100 ad templates > MCP server pulls live Meta data The results: > ad creation went from 2 hours to 15 minutes. > total marketing output grew 10×. > conversion rates landed 41% above industry average. One person doing what used to take an entire marketing team.

i mean this story is insane. man used chatgpt to sell his house in 5 DAYS. got 5 offers in 72 hours. no real estate agents. saved so much money doing it too. he used AI to: > price the house (researched neighboring properties for sale) > wrote up the legal contracts (saving him $500/hr lawyers) > best part: MARKETED the fucking property for him (usually you pay estate agents for their network of buyers - ChatGPT did all of this) i honestly thought sales people would be hard for AI to replace (you need to know people) but apparently not
Dexerto@Dexerto

Florida man sold his house in just 5 days after letting ChatGPT handle the entire process instead of a real estate agent The AI handled pricing, marketing, showings, and even helped draft the contract
