@TheAA_UK Yes it is included in the cover as it is the extension of the original 3 year cover with the van , just Vinny did not know his job and requires re training , very poor service !

@chrislowery007 You’ll need to give the team a call back so they can check your cover and let you know if a hire van is included. If it is, they’ll get everything arranged for you.

@chrislowery007 We can see the Patrol was able to carry out a temporary repair and followed you to the garage to make sure you got there safely. They also contacted the team about the hire van, and we hope this has now been sorted.

@TheAA_UK I have already done this but your staff need retrained as vinny and his supervisor said as it has no warranty but it has ! It also has vw breakdown cover which is included in the insurance policy we took out ?
