Following a flight cancellation with @wizzair today (out of the blue) been trying for 8 hours to reach someone who can help with rebooking the flight as early as possible, without additional charges, as promised. 100% fail :(

Have always praised @wizzair on the great company, but a cancelled flight today, no support or service, no on the ground staff at the airport, website doesn't handle rebooking, premium rate phone numbers, no email service. I believed, but its wearing thin :(
