DGW33 HERE WE GOOOO - Haaland and O'Reilly are the best captaincy options this week - DCL has been really wasteful but there aren't many good strikers with DGW - Welbeck would have been the perfect third option but we aren't confident that he starts the second game - Palmer and Pedro are the best double up from Chelsea. Don't think they keep a clean sheet. - Cherki over Semenyo as we feel Cherki has that DAUG in him and would perform well, especially against Arsenal - Hill, Senesi and Scott are the perfect triple up from Bournemouth - Don't be surprised if MGW outscores the Brighton and Bournemouth mids - Hinshelwood is top for xGi amongst the Brighton mids - Free Hitters can outscore the BBers

I had this kind of migraine for years. I was finally diagnosed with a non-cancerous adrenal gland tumor called an adrenal adenoma that was making excess cortisol and various other hormones. It was diagnosed by testing cortisol levels and imaging my little dumbass adrenal glands. They did the surgery and I was magically cured and have not had a migraine in years.

GW22 HERE WE GO ✅ 1. Foden and Ekitike are the best Captaincy options for this GW ✅ 2. Time to sell Raya - Get in Roefs and Kelleher to spread the funds on the mids 3. Invest in Sunderland and Everton Defence 4. Watkins is the best attacker from Villa - bring him in 5. Arsenal defence are still the best - go for the right double up ✅ Gabriel + Timber 6. Have a plan ready to offload your Newcastle and Liverpool players 7. Chelsea, Bournemouth and Villa have amazing fixtures - plan to bring them in super soon 8. Enzo and Chalobah are the best picks from Chelsea. 9. Harry Wilson is the focal point of the Fulham attack - everything is going through him in the last few matches - great value 10. Would wait on Palace defence now and see how they cope with the Guehi departure 11. If you are wildcarding in GW24, we would bring in Spurs players and take the risk 12. Even though Liverpool smash Burnley at Anfield, Burnley ends up scoring more often than not 13. Villa tend to score more at home and are fierce while attacking - bench Everton defenders 14. Bournemouth are 18th for xGC - Mitoma against their high line could end up with a double digit haul.

A few tips for GW22 ✅ 1. Keep your man City assets eve. Guehi and semenyo and even if you have more than 3 players from them 2. Enzo is the best Cunha replacement imo 3. Wilson is another decent replacement but I'm not sure he would be reliable long term 4. Don't buy don't sell Liverpool assets 5. Start Alderete or mukiele if you have them 6. Rice, Gabriel and Timber are the best arsenal triple up but wouldn't sell Saka for rice this week 7. At this point I'm hoping Bruno G shows some regression 8. Enzo, Rogers, Wilson, Bruno F are the best Cunha replacements 9. Haaland, Ekitike, Rice/Saka, Bruno G in terms of captaincy

He is the league’s least-scored-on goalkeeper (only 10 goals conceded in 17 matches) and the keeper with the most clean sheets (9) so far this season. Karius’ goal is clear: he wants promotion, he wants to be a first-division player again, and he wants to help Schalke 04 become a leading team in German football once more. Hopefully he can achieve it.
