@McFlybowy All of that just to get shot down by, hes never once had a good game for england. Some players just arent good for their national team.
English

He’s England’s biggest talent in recent times, and the crazy part is people still debate it like it’s not obvious when you look at the full picture of Phil Foden.
We’re talking about a player who didn’t just have hype, he actually fulfilled it at the highest level. From youth level dominance to becoming a key figure under Pep Guardiola at Manchester City, his development has been almost flawless.
He’s won 6 Premier League titles at 25, got 10 G/A this season (same as Bukayo Saka) and somehow people still talk about Phil Foden like he’s some player that hasn’t reached potential.
You don’t fluke your way into six Premier League medals under Pep Guardiola. Pep doesn’t hand out minutes for vibes, if you’re playing, it’s because you understand space, tempo, pressing triggers, and decision-making at an elite level. Foden didn’t just “exist” in those teams, he became central to them, especially in the 23/24 run where he was arguably City’s most decisive attacker.
People ignore role. Foden isn’t a stat-padding winger who lives for isolation or a pure 10 who dominates touches. He’s a connector and accelerator, He Receives in tight spaces, Links play in the final third, Creates overloads in half-spaces and Scores when the structure creates the moment
That kind of player will never look as loud statistically as a volume winger but tactically, he’s gold.
People often forget he’s just 25 and about entering his prime, maybe because he’s been around for too long, and that in itself is a testament to how good Phil Foden is.
He broke into the first team so early under Pep Guardiola that it feels like he’s already had a full career. But in reality, he’s just now reaching the stage where most elite players truly peak physically, mentally, and tactically.
Yet he’s already Won everything domestically, Been a central figure in title-winning teams, Collected individual awards like PFA Player of the Year
Technically, he’s arguably England most complete Player. Tight control in small spaces, Elite first touch, Quick decision-making, Ability to play multiple roles at a high level

😡 "Incredibly bad!" 😨 "0 goals this year!" Gabby Agbonlahor claims Phil Foden is a "training ground player!"
English

@rioferdy5 Rio he’s done nothing since gameweek 15. He was shite all of last season and has had 4 good games this season. he shouldnt be on the plane. Not had one good game in an england shirt.
English

He’s won 6 PL titles at 25 years old
Got 10 G/A in Premier League this season

@gambflash @saddlernick @LickshotLippy Got every goal or assist in the space of 4 games against fulham, leeds, s’land and palace and has done literally nothing for the past 16 prem games…
English

@saddlernick @LickshotLippy "dreadful", with more G/A than every English player on earth except Kane? Pls stick to hockey
English

Foden is one if England’s best players. The fact they can’t get the best out of him is a tactical issue imo

Thomas Tuchel has cast doubt over Phil Foden going to the World Cup 🏴 🗣️ “Phil was excellent in the camp but he struggles to show it on the pitch. It’s not a guarantee he will come…”
English

@LickshotLippy Hes been crap for practically two entire seasons bar a run of 3-4 games each year
English

@Mesrine77163114 @PARlSIEN He puts the ball in the back of the net yea, but what kante brings to the table is better for a team.
English

@talkSPORT We rate our players higher than what they are, i promise you fans of spain, france, portgual germany dont think we are that good.. an they probably think their players are better than ours in almost every position bar maybe kane.
English

@elliottlock @morganstree @SkyNews @JayneSeckerSky Or because they bought new or second hand ones and then decided to go back to petrol hence theyre now on the market again.
English

The second-hand EV market is growing because way more people have been buying new ones lately, just like the huge second-hand ICE market exists because millions of petrol and diesel cars were sold new over the years. Those EVs are now coming onto the used market through trade-ins and lease returns, not because owners are rushing to dump them.
English

BREAKING: The RAC says average petrol prices have now reached £1.52 a litre, the highest in 28 months, while diesel has surpassed £1.80.

@robbiexmeakin You’re thick as pig shit. If we got rid of VAR, they’d be more errors. The technology of VAR is not the issue, it’s the referees that are applying it

🚨 Italian media are complaining about the state of the dressing room that their national team will use on their visit to Bosnia tonight for the World Cup playoff. 😳🇮🇹

English

@elliottlock @morganstree @SkyNews @JayneSeckerSky If the second hand market is so big, then people clearly arent big fans and are selling them rather quickly?
English

IMO this isn’t really true any more. In the UK, the second-hand market is far bigger than the new one, and the average used car is about £17k, while the average used EV is about £22k. That’s still higher, but it’s getting fairly close to the wider used market, so used EVs are there for a broad share of buyers. The bigger barrier now is often perception, familiarity and confidence around EVs.
English

@AwayDaysFB Besides the fact hes crap? That should be the reason to not play for england.
English

@talkSPORT As far as a defending goes van de ven is not even top 10 in the league
English

@KensBestLyfe No, netflix dont deserve the credit for this. This is a great show in spite of netflix.

@BarcaSphereX @Footballtweet Neymar had 3 years at the top, giggs was there for 20 years.
English

@Footballtweet Lol. This guy is deluded. I tolerated him picking himself over Kvaratskhelia until he got to Hazard and I just knew he is a joke.

As a chocaholic nothing would bring me more pleasure than for Cadburys to collapse.
They betrayed everyone when they closed down their factory in Birmingham and sold to a filthy American conglomerate.
A glass an a half in every dairy milk ended up three glugs of palm oil and a cheap labour plant in Poland.
Boycott the cunts
Sue 🇬🇧🏴@suespeaksup
Cadbury eggs stacking up on shelves… reduced everywhere… and still no one’s buying. People can taste the difference. Cheaper ingredients, palm oil, higher prices it’s not the same chocolate anymore. Consumers aren’t stupid. They’ve just stopped buying it!!
