It needs someone who knows what it takes to get out of this division and it’ll be the ideal time to get someone in with fresh ideas given that most of the squad are out of contract. I’d be happy if Byfield stuck around though

@srivatsank24 @raducrisanx It’s not the media going after him, it’s from Tuchel himself. Watkins offers an alternative to Kane, Saka is the best English player in his position. Foden has lots of competition for one place and at least one of them misses out. Take off the blue tinted specs

@CursedFootball It’s all about systems. They’d be brilliant in a 433, but England always played 442 in that era. Poor management cost England in that era. Mind blowing that Gerrard, Lampard and Scholes were never tried as a three, one of them was always shoehorned over to the left

@gbennett1997 @JonWaldron1 I could understand them apologising for the goal line clearance if it was a clear and obvious error.I haven’t seen a single image or footage that proves it was over. It happened quickly in real time so I’ve sympathy for the officials IF it did go over. No need to apologise though

He’s went to PSG with the intention of winning her ballon do’r and flopped. Rooney carried teams and played at the highest level for far longer

He adapted his game to play as the main CF, a number 10, on either wing and even played in midfield. Neymar is nothing other than wasted potentially playing mainly in the farmers leagues
