@benwambo @NYPDnews I think the point people are making is, yes, same jacket, different lighting, but different jacket from the person yesterday. Its lighter weight, no front pockets, tight wristbands on the sleeves, etc. Plus the suspect appears to have a different facial structure and eyebrows.
