🚨BREAKING: A manager at a local diner asked ICE agents for a warrant before they searched a private areas of the business… and their response… slamming him to the ground, and putting a knee in his back, leaving him injured. Because apparently exercising your constitutional rights is now being treated like obstruction. According to witnesses, ICE agents were chasing someone who ran into the restaurant after a traffic stop. The manager reportedly told them they could not just storm through the kitchen without judicial authorization. Because the Fourth Amendment is still a thing… even though ICE agents keep pretending it isn’t. Law enforcement cannot just search private areas of a business because they feel like it. A kitchen, in a restaurant, is not a public space. When agents do not have consent, exigent circumstances, or a valid warrant signed by a judge… then managers have every right to question that search. That is literally how constitutional protections work. And the fact that the manager was injured, after asserting those rights, should outrage everyone. Rights either apply to everyone… or they are not rights at all.

On Wednesday, during my visit, I spoke directly with DHS staff about the need for de‑escalation tactics. What has happened since — including the serious injuries to protesters outside Delaney Hall and reports that detainees are being assaulted and pepper sprayed inside the facility demands accountability. My team is gathering the facts surrounding these incidents, and I have reached out to ICE for clarification. Individuals with firsthand information or concerns are encouraged to contact my office as well as the appropriate authorities. This treatment underscores why I have repeatedly vowed to not bend and give another penny to ICE in DHS budget negotiations. The facts speak for themselves. More than 70% of people in ICE detention have never been convicted of a crime. Most Americans, if they saw who is being held at Delaney Hall and the conditions under which they are detained, would agree that this facility is a moral stain on our nation and should be closed immediately.

I find it so incredibly offensive that some musicians don’t even want to celebrate the 250 year birthday of the greatest country on earth. A lot of these people truly haven’t a clue what has been sacrificed for this country or how many Americans gave everything so they could live the lives they do today. This nation was built and defended by generations willing to fight, bleed, and die for freedom, opportunity, and the ability to speak openly including the freedom to complain about America while benefiting from everything it provides. Celebrating 250 years should not even be controversial. It’s about honoring the people who built this country, defended it, and kept it standing through every challenge thrown at it. Loving your country is not a bad thing, no matter how hard some people try to manipulate and convince you otherwise. Pride in your nation, its people, and its sacrifices is something to be proud of and worth standing up for. Screw anyone trying to shame people for loving America.

In July 2022, he uploaded child s*xual abuse material to his Google Drive. Google flagged it, notified the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and the tip was forwarded to the OSBI’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit. Investigators found 153 photos and videos of prepubescent girls being s*xually abused — including footage of the r*pe of girls identified in file names as 6 and 7 years old. The IP address and email tied to the account led directly back to Etherington. After his Google account was suspended for “illegal activity,” he searched online for how Google refers child s*xual abuse materials cases to law enforcement. He was arrested on November 28, 2022. At trial, he claimed he’d been set up (classic MAGA playbook). A jury convicted him in under 90 minutes. On May 8 he was sentenced to 20 years in the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
