Why does Candace Owens want to conceal her communications with the Russians? Why not use Signal? Why not use WhatsApp or iMessage? I am deeply disturbed and outraged by the rapid escalation overnight at Delaney Hall, especially with video emerging that appears to show an ICE agent striking a protester with a baton into what seemed to be a moving 18‑wheeler truck. On Wednesday, during my visit, I spoke directly with DHS staff about the need for de‑escalation tactics. What has happened since — including the serious injuries to protesters outside Delaney Hall and reports that detainees are being assaulted and pepper sprayed inside the facility demands accountability. My team is gathering the facts surrounding these incidents, and I have reached out to ICE for clarification. Individuals with firsthand information or concerns are encouraged to contact my office as well as the appropriate authorities. This treatment underscores why I have repeatedly vowed to not bend and give another penny to ICE in DHS budget negotiations. The facts speak for themselves. More than 70% of people in ICE detention have never been convicted of a crime. Most Americans, if they saw who is being held at Delaney Hall and the conditions under which they are detained, would agree that this facility is a moral stain on our nation and should be closed immediately.

Yesterday, I reported the fact that Candace Owens is likely lying about the purpose of her trip to Russia, as the State Department @StateDept has listed Russia as a Travel 4 advisory level country, which means no American should be traveling there at the current moment. I also exclusively reported how a group of Woke Reich influencers will be in Russia next week meeting with Duma members and @AGDugin while Candace is scheduled to be in Russia at the same time. I said the only way she would be able to guarantee her safety in a level 4 travel advisory country where explosions went off last week would be if she was invited to Russia by the government of Russia. For the record: Anyone calling Ken Paxton a “pedo protector” is lying and weaponizing a young boy’s s*xual abuse to advance their politics. Here are the facts: -In June 2025, Adam Hoffman was on trial for continuous s*x abuse of a child. OAG had 2 experienced prosecutors on the case. -This young child courageously testified to the horrific things that were done to him, which was severely traumatic for him. -The trial ended up in a hung jury, with 7 voting to convict and 5 voting not to. -The OAG prosecutors sought a retrial, wanting justice for the victim. -Understandably, the victim & his mother did not wish to endure the traumatic experience of testifying again. -The prosecution could have either: legally forced the family to comply in a new trial, which would be heartless, or seek as severe a punishment as they could without their key witness, which included jail time. -They did what was in the best interest of the child. Anyone trying to use this story against KEN PAXTON himself is simply using a young child’s abuse and trauma for political gain, and THAT is DISGUSTING.

Good morning beautiful people! Here something to make you smile, my little gremlin, Roxie.

I’m a stay at home mom. I homeschool our four young children. I manage our homestead and a large garden that accounts for 50% of our family’s food. I run a business and serve in our churches music ministry and at the local community theater. Like many of us, I’m busy. I find it hard to sit down and gather my thoughts long enough to write anything organized or coherent. But what is happening in our lives regarding Lucy and my husband is enough to make me take the time. This is our first year studying the Constitution in our homeschool. I find it wholly important that we teach our children to truly understand individual liberty, natural rights, and the balance between government power and the freedom of ordinary people to live their lives in peace. Ironically, while teaching these very principles, we have found ourselves living through a situation that has challenged them in real time. At the heart of the American dream is the idea that we should be able to live our lives in peace without unnecessary intrusion from the government or otherwise. That principle is woven throughout our Constitution and Bill of Rights. The Fourth Amendment protects the right of people to be secure in their homes and property from unreasonable intrusion by the government. The Ninth and Fourteenth Amendments recognizing that Americans possess natural rights beyond those specifically listed in the Constitution—rights like the freedom to peacefully live on your property, rights to personal privacy, to raise your children according to your values, build a homestead, make decisions for your family, and exist without constant harassment or interference from neighbors or government officials. The Tenth Amendment reminds us that governmental power is to remain limited, and that authority ultimately rests with the people—not with unelected bureaucrats or neighbors who attempt to weaponize the system to control every detail of someone else’s private life. The overwhelming response from Americans across the country regarding Lucy has reinforced exactly that. Thousands of ordinary people from every background have spoken up and challenged what is happening, reminding us that the voice of the people still matters when systems fail to exercise common sense, restraint, or compassion. Still, somehow, we have reached a point where a family—MY family—can be harassed for years, dragged through the system, publicly slandered, financially devastated, and have their beloved dog taken away over a situation that common sense should have resolved in five minutes. We are supposed to be a nation where families can raise their children, care for their animals, work their land, and just live without becoming targets. A free society cannot survive when laws, complaints, and bureaucracy are weaponized against ordinary people simply because others dislike how they live. Live and let live should not be controversial in America. Yet here we are. Cameras being pointed into our yard. Multiple court visits because of our farm operations. Slander, libel and gossip being used to publicly smear our character and twist the truth. Lucy is locked away today because people, both in government and in our own community, refused to honor the simple principle of live and let live. Quite frankly—I don’t care what others think about me. We all have to answer to God someday, and that truth is very real to me. I will continue to extend grace and to forgive. But what I will not do is watch my freedoms and those of my family be squashed because of weaponized technicalities of the law and bullies who abuse the system to intimidate and harass. What has happened to our family should alarm every American—no matter your politics. Perhaps it does—and that is why our Lucy has become “Americas Dog”. The fight continues—until Lucy is home and beyond. Laws needs to change so this is never allowed to happen to another family again. The future rights of our children depend on it. #savelucy
