I would Not blame the system, rather blame the individual. I had a green card, threw it away and moved back to India for the sake of my parents in 2005. No regrets at all till date. Refused several offers to move back to US or to Australia although India is not comparatively a great place to live. Set your priorities clear. Always blame yourself for failures, not the external variables because only losers blame external variables for their failures. Remember, the world is flat. Everyone has a fair equal chance. You don't get it, your failure. Period!!!
