@firstdirect I thought all banks tracked when they were busiest (I know the company I work for does for resourcing requirements), others have even published it to attempt to encourage customers to call at certain times to avoid peaks. Not looking for a guarantee

@firstdirect we’re trying to open an account where we’re both customers, yet that seems not to help. We’ve spoken to 4 people, only for the line to drop on all occasions - trying to get back through has not been the usual experience we expect. Hence the question for attempting again tomorrow

@OxfordshireCC Apart from the fact it is so confusing to find where you have to pay!! It took nearly the 10 minutes you give to pay just to find that we had to go to ther terminal building. Appalling design

How to make a city's confusing Park and Ride system even more confusing: buses carrying dual branding. As if the payment process wasn't bad enough. Oxford pioneered the P&R and now we have (arguably) one of the worst purpose-built systems in the UK...

@CannonHallFarm Thanks, it doesn’t help that google has opening times of 9-5:15 if you search for ‘cannon hall farm’ as it defaults to the farm shop

@chuk_rok Our opening times are the same every day 10.30am until 6.30pm for the farm attraction. Hope that helps and sorry it wasn't clear.
