Dangote, a private company, sells petroleum products cheaper than the government. MTN, Glo, and Airtel are private enterprises, does that mean Nigerians are at their mercy? Ikeja Electricity company is owned by Femi Otedola; same as other power distribution companies. At times, your analogy sounds empty and disconnected. @DanielRegha

Yesterday, we commissioned Ultimum Beverages’ multimillion-dollar production facility in Aba, a landmark investment that reaffirms Abia State as a thriving hub for industry and innovation. This state-of-the-art plant, built by the Kadji Group, represents a bold commitment of over $35 million, with plans to scale up to $100 million. Beyond the impressive figures, this project is proof that Abia is back as an investment haven, a place where ideas flourish, businesses thrive, and opportunities abound. Since May 2023, our administration has worked tirelessly to reset the business ecosystem: strengthening infrastructure, restoring security, and creating a clean, supportive environment for investors. The confidence shown by Ultimum Beverages is a validation of these efforts, and a reminder that serious-minded investors always recognize where growth is assured. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Kadji Group for believing in Aba’s entrepreneurial spirit and for choosing Abia as their home for this transformative project. Together, we will protect and nurture every investment that brings prosperity to our people. Abia is rising. Abia is ready. Abia is open for business.

Yesterday, Abia State stood still to honour one of our greatest sons, Rev. Dr. Uma Ukpai, a global evangelist, God’s General, and a man whose life touched millions. At the State burial service in Umuahia, I reminded everyone that Papa Uma Ukpai did not die, he only transited. His works, his children, his legacy, they all speak louder than words. The real challenge is for us. What will people say when it’s our turn? Papa lived a life of impact, of faith, of service. That’s why we celebrate him. We thank God for the gift of Rev. Uma Ukpai to Abia, Akwa Ibom, Nigeria, Africa, and the world. Truly, honour belongs to whom honour is due. To his dear wife, Pastor Mrs. Philomena Ukpai, and the entire family, we say thank you for allowing us to honour him. We grieve, but not like those without hope. We know Papa rests in glory, awaiting that resurrection morning. Good night, Daddy Uma Ukpai. Your legacy lives on.

This is an absolute scandal. Serbian football team Crvena Zvezda has been fined €95,500 after fans choreographed a motif of Jesus Christ! UEFA fined them for "displaying a message not fit for a sporting event and bringing the reputation of football and UEFA itself into disrepute". The image was a traditional Orthodox tifo of Jesus Christ or Saint Simeone the Myrrh-flowing, while the text underneath read: “May our faith lead you to victory". UEFA has stopped games for Ramadan and openly promoted BLM and LGBT campaigns during tournaments. But Christianity is ‘inappropriate’?! What an utter disgrace.

Asides the fact that I don’t argue religion nor judge pastors, y’all feel that it’s your N500 offerings or 20k tithe that bought him this? Darling, most of these exotic properties are gifts from well to do individuals that wont be on social media judging him 🤣 “Una pastor dey drive cyber truck 😂😂” even in the Bible, the donkey that Jesus rode on was decorated for him by his followers, which was a mark of honor

Condolences to the El-Rufai Family I have just received the sad news of the passing of the mother of my brother, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, Hajiya Umma El-Rufai, in Cairo, Egypt, where she had been receiving treatment. This is indeed a sombre moment for the El-Rufai family, as Mama’s passing marks the close of a significant chapter in their matriarchal lineage. The loss of a mother is a profound turning point in anyone’s life, regardless of status or position. My deepest sympathies go to Mallam Nasir El-Rufai and the entire family. May her soul rest in Aljannatul Firdaus. -PO

Does Mo Salah make an all time Premier League XI? Jamie O'Hara: “I would put Ronaldo right wing because I played against Ronaldo when he played, people will say he can play on the left, yeah he did, I played against Ronaldo at Old Trafford, I played against him at Wembley and I’d never seen anything like it, i genuinely didn’t, I couldn’t believe how good the guy was, he had everything, it was ridiculous what he done with a football so for me Ronaldo is the greatest right winger I’ve seen”

My parents weren't happy that I left Islam, but I refused to look back. At last, they knew I made a great choice because my life is a living proof of the love of God in Yeshua. Don't allow your parents to stop you from embracing the truth when you find it.

2020. Just after the COVID lockdown, I traveled to Lagos to look for a job. My first interview was at Ikeja GRA and I was staying in Ikorodu. I exhausted all the money I had on my way there and was left with just 200 naira. All through the interview, the only thing in my head was how I was going to get home. I decided that I would trek. I kept lying to myself that it wasn’t that far. Ikeja GRA to Ikorodu. After the interview, I started my 40 years walk from Egypt to the Promised Land. 😂 But as God would have it, someone drove out from the company just as I was leaving the gate. He asked where I was going. I told him somewhere I could get a vehicle to Ikorodu. He told me to get in. When we got to Maryland, where I was supposed to get a bus, he said he was going to Mile 12 and that he would drop me there. I started praising God in my heart. We started talking and he asked how I would manage from Ikorodu (not even the garage, inside inside) every day if I got job. He asked the cost of transportation. I didn’t even know, because that day I had spent more than I should since I didn’t know the place. Then I laughed and told him I didn’t even know. I said I was actually planning to trek home that day because all the money I had left was 200. The way he looked at me, I almost went to hide under the car seat. 😭 Well, he decided to drop me off at Ikorodu garage, took me to where I would get a bus to Elepe, paid for it, and even gave me money for a bike from Elepe to my house. E do me like film.

The day she died, Feb 30 1976, after a miracle service when many had been healed, she collapsed as a result of heart enlargement. She was rushed to the best heart center in America where a surgery was performed on her and she laid there for days. Oral Roberts had been invited to pray for Mrs Khulman, as Oral stepped into the room he felt God's healing power present to heal. Oral closed his eyes to pray, then his wife Mrs Evelyn Roberts signaled him that "it seems Mrs Khulman doesn't want to be prayed for, it seems she wants to go to Heaven". So Oral opened his eyes and met Mrs Khulman using her hands to signal him not to pray for her. She couldn't talk at the time due to her condition. Then Oral asked Mrs Khulman, "should I pray for your healing or you want to go to Heaven?" Mrs Khulman responded with her hands that she wanted to go to Heaven. Then Oral laid hands on her and prayed that the Lord would grant her request. Mrs Khulman took her last breath and went to Heaven. During her lifetime, her famous words were: "I was born without a talent. I was born with no hair on my head only red fogs. Then one day I looked up and said: 'Wonderful Jesus, I have nothing to give you but my love. I give my body to you as a living sacrifice. If you can take nothing and use it, please use me.' It isn't golden or silver vessels God wants, He simply want yielded vessels." KATHRYN KHULMAN - A LIFE WELL SPENT!
