I let Claude Code build my entire automation backend. 12 workflows. All production. Every single one was built by describing what I wanted in one sentence. Here is what those workflows actually do: Client onboarding. When a contract is signed, the client gets a welcome email, their Drive folder is created, and a kickoff call is scheduled. I do not touch any of it. Invoice generation. Every week, unpaid invoices get chased automatically. Polite emails, logged in the tracker, escalated if ignored. Lead routing. New leads get scored and routed. Hot leads go to my calendar. Everyone else goes into a nurture sequence. Content scheduling. My content calendar feeds into Buffer every morning. LinkedIn, Twitter, queued and ready. Error monitoring. If any workflow fails twice in an hour, I get a Slack message with exactly what broke and which client it affects. The part that changed everything for me was self-healing. One of my workflows broke at 2am last Tuesday. By the time I woke up, Synta(.)io had already detected the failure, diagnosed the issue, and redeployed a fixed version. I did not even know it happened until I checked the logs. That used to be a 90-minute morning. Debugging, fixing, manually catching up on whatever was missed. Now it is a two-line log entry I read over coffee. What used to take me 3-4 hours of node-by-node building now takes a single sentence. I built all 12 workflows this way. They run my entire backend. I have not had a single client-impacting failure since switching to Synta(.)io. Comment BACKEND and I will send you the full breakdown. Every workflow, every prompt, the exact self-healing setup I use.

I created a free resource to build a full Claude Code GTM infrastructure for 2026 that runs automation on autopilot. I've spent the last year testing what actually works across every Claude Code use case for GTM engineers. ✓ Sub-agents running research, enrichment, and outreach in parallel ✓ Turning n8n workflows into live deployed apps from inside Claude Code ✓ MCPs connecting Claude Code directly to Clay, ClickUp, Slack, and your full stack ✓ CLAUDE.md self-improvement loops that make every correction permanent ✓ A full deployment system on Modal and Trigger.dev running 24/7 without you And I finally turned it all into a step-by-step playbook you can steal. This is how GTM engineers are building infrastructure in 2026 - without manual node building, without broken workflows, and without duct-taping tools together. And we're giving away the full playbook for free. Here's what's inside: ✅ The WAT Framework How to structure every Claude Code build with workflows, agent, and tools so nothing breaks when complexity scales. ✅ CLAUDE. md Self-Improvement Loop How to make every correction permanent institutional knowledge so the agent gets smarter every single session. ✅ MCP Stack for GTM How to connect Clay, ClickUp, Slack, and Amplitude so Claude Code reads, writes, and acts inside your actual tools without tab switching. ✅ Sub-agents and Agent Teams How to run parallel research, enrichment, and outreach tasks in isolated contexts so your main session stays clean. ✅ Deployment with Modal and Trigger. dev How to push workflows to production so they run on schedule 24/7 without you triggering anything. This is the same system used to: → Build n8n workflows from plain English descriptions without touching a single node manually → Deploy signal monitoring automations running every Monday at 6am without intervention → Connect Clay and ClickUp so prospect scoring and task creation happen in one session → Run five parallel sequence variant builds simultaneously with zero conflicts using worktrees → Turn browser automation into live LinkedIn workflows that run without manual input All without manual builds. All mapped out. All free. Want the full Claude Code GTM Engineer's Playbook? Reply CLAUDE and I'll DM it to you. Follow me so I can dm you.

Most people use Claude Code like a chatbot and get chatbot results. So I documented the most complete setup you can install today. Inside: → How to continue your local Claude Code session from your phone without losing context or stopping work → The CLAUDE. md file that writes its own rules after every correction so the same mistake never happens twice → Scheduled task setup so Claude processes files, pulls trend reports, and consolidates team outputs every morning at 7am without you triggering anything → How to actually run 10 to 15 Claude sessions at the same time across terminal and browser → Subagent setup so Claude simplifies, reviews, and verifies its own work without you managing it → Plan Mode workflow so Claude builds a full plan before touching a single file (with exact activation steps and what to say) → Safe permissions setup so Claude never needs unrestricted access to your machine → MCP connections for Slack, BigQuery, and Sentry so Claude uses your tools directly → PostToolUse hooks so code formatting never causes errors in review → Ready to use files including CLAUDE. md, subagents, slash commands, scheduled task instructions, and hooks → Common mistakes that slow Claude Code down and the exact fixes Boris Cherny uses If you build with AI daily, ship code, or manage a team using Claude Code, this is the only setup guide you will need. Comment "CLAUDE" and I will send it straight to your DMs.

@Resurface4Gmail Exactly. Acquiring a new customer costs 5-7x more than keeping an existing one, but most founders spend 90% of their energy on acquisition. The compounding effect of churn is brutal — even 5% monthly means you're replacing half your customer base every year just to stay flat.

@churnshield Love the focus on saving revenue vs just acquiring new. Most founders obsess over top of funnel but the real leverage is making sure existing customers don't slip away quietly. Following along — churn is one of those problems that compounds fast when ignored.

I hosted a $15M+ LIVE masterclass in front of 3400 people. How I generated $3.24M in 8 months. 104 minutes long with 52 steps. usually millionaires only, $3K+ to access BUT I'm releasing the full recording FREE for the next 24 hours. What I REVEALED : 1. how I went from $0 → $3.24M in 8 months with digital products 2. the exact funnel that generates $40K+ every 7 days on autopilot ( 1 hr daily ) 3. how my student Zain went from minimum wage café worker → $78K/month in 6 months 4/ the AI system that writes 300 posts in 15 minutes and gets 1M+ views/month 52 modules covers: - account setup to first sale in under 48 hours - how to generate $10K/month with one $500 digital product - the automation stack that runs the entire business for $38/month - how to scale to $30K/month with 5+ accounts DELETING IN 24 HOURS comment "MASTERCLASS" and I'll DM it to you ** must be following + retweet to receive

I hit $10K MRR in under 30 days. 70%+ margins. No paid ads. No VC money. No audience. Most founders try influencer marketing and quit. The deals are unprofitable or impossible to scale. Here's what actually works: ↓ $30-50 per post. 3-5 creators to start. One simple funnel. That's it. I documented every step in a free PDF. Like + Repost + Comment 'MRR' and I'll send it over. Make sure to follow so I can DM you.

Why do churn tools charge flat fees? You're already losing revenue. Now pay £300/mo for something that MIGHT help? ChurnShield only charges when we actually save you money. If we don't, you pay nothing.

@ShipAloneCEO The pause option is smart — that alone can save 15-20% of cancellations. Do you personalise the offers based on the reason they give?

@churnshield Ours is pretty unglamorous. Cancel click, one screen asks reason (with a free text box), shows a pause plan option, then confirms and emails a “you’re out on date X” receipt. We review the reasons weekly, that’s where the real insights show up.

Genuine question for SaaS founders: When someone hits cancel on your app, what actually happens? I've tested loads. Most just let people walk. What does yours look like?

Imagine a salesperson who said "pay me my full salary even if I close zero deals." You'd laugh. So why does your churn tool charge you the same whether it saves £0 or £10,000? That's why ChurnShield is performance-based.

Building ChurnShield in public. Some days I feel miles ahead. Other days I wonder if anyone will care. Then I remember most SaaS apps don't even TRY to save cancelling users. So I keep going.

@theobar0 Spot on. Price gets the blame but confusion is the real killer. The cancel button is just where the frustration ends up — the problem started way earlier.

@churnshield Early churn is rarely about price. It’s usually confusion or misalignment. The founders who hop on calls early tend to cut churn fast.”

The best retention offer isn't always a discount. Sometimes it's: → A pause (they're overwhelmed) → A call (they're confused) → A downgrade (they need less) Know your customer's real reason for leaving. #buildinpublic

SaaS founders spend weeks perfecting their pricing page. Then slap a "sorry to see you go" on the cancel page. That cancel page is where you save revenue. Why ignore it?

@dagorenouf Performance-based pricing solves this. Charge a % of the value you deliver, not a flat fee. Founders at $0 MRR pay nothing. Founders seeing results pay happily. Flat monthly pricing punishes the people you most want as early adopters.

Dagobert - Corporate sellout 👔
this is why you should never sell to indie hackers omg 💀
Mathieu Leclercq@kakatohesss

I’m really loving @marclou's DataFast so far, the insights are 🔥 Only problem: I’m still a student building in public with $0 MRR. Dropping $9/month before having my first customer is a bit of a stretch for the budget right now... Hey Marc, do you happen to have a student discount or a "broke builder" plan to help us get off the ground? 🙏
