Not great, but a big improvement on the JCPOA. It would depend on future Presidents to enforce it if Iran halted weapons inspections in 15 years, which makes me nervous.

If you want my rough guesstimate the house right now is 211 D - 20 tossups - 204 R (this includes DeSantis’s new Florida map & the Louisiana ruling) … I’d estimate an average of 224 D to 211 R for the House election results in 2026 with a D+6 generic popular vote

@chws747 How do you think it applies in blue states? And as far as gerrymandering in general, do you think the Constitution is supposed to prevent it from going too far? Not sure if there are any parts that could apply- Equal Protection Clause arguably, or republican form of government?

This is a massive decision… on the surface it would basically allow Republicans to eliminate just about all blue seats in the south… it’ll also allow the democrats to be even more creative with their gerrymandering in blue states
