How Ireland works - A Somali asylum seeker was given a suspended sentence for possession of knives and public order offences, two and a half weeks later, he attacked two 18 year old girls. Shando Alfa has pleaded guilty to attacking twin sisters with a glass bottle in April of this year after they rejected his advances. In March, Judge Michele Finan handed Alfa a 7 month prison sentence for knife crime, but it was fully suspended. A dangerous 3rd world migrant who had already demonstrated an inability to function in Ireland was allowed to walk out of court and back onto the streets. A man who came to Ireland to claim asylum was arrested for attacking people with knives and the judge, apparently one of the most responsible people in our society, set him free, back onto the same streets as your children. Judge Michele Finan should be sent to prison for 7 months, she should be forced to serve the sentence she suspended. I'm tired of seeing violent migrants walk free from court because idiot judges are completely disconnected from the reality of life in Ireland and the consequences of their decisions.

The contrast is stark. North Inner City Dublin faces chronic overcrowding, dereliction, open drug dealing, anti-social behaviour and long waiting lists. Donabate offers family homes, green spaces, coastal views and far lower crime rates. Critics say this highlights a massive hypocrisy and disconnect of a politician who campaigns on inner city deprivation yet now lives in a comfortable suburb, far removed from the daily realities her voters endure.

I got an €80 fine, yes EIGHTY € fine, for parking illegally near Pearse Staduim for the KK Galway match. Official car park was full and nowhere else to park. Lots of other cars parked the same way at Devon park @GalwayCoCo send parking wardens around during a match on a Saturday evening fining people temporarily parked It doesn't happen anywhere else in the country. No wonder fuck all people go to Pearse stadium

Guess what folks. Fossil fuels are running out. Don’t want to convert to electric? You’re gonna need an alternate fuel for your engines. That’s where sustainable fuels come in. Ramp development through motorsport and it’ll hit a price and efficiency that’ll make it market ready. That’s why it’s relevant and that’s why it matters both in racing and on the road. OEMs want to push electric because it will force you to buy a new car. But the charging infrastructure is not ready and won’t be for decades. The international infrastructure already exists for mass rollout of sustainable, renewable fuels via regular fuel pumps. And it works in your engine like regular gas. Indycar already uses Shell 100% renewable fuel. F1 has adopted the move more recently. If you want to keep proper engines, you’ve gotta quit getting your diapers twisted over the one thing that’s going to continue to allow them to run.
