From 1.1.2023 the UCI will abolish junior gearing restrictions based on limited availability of equipment needed and in addition to medical evidence that no longer supports the restrictions. Backwards step surely, their bodies are not fully developed yet. 🤔

I will never understand why people want to stop for coffee in winter. Im sure this isn't a popular opinion 😂 yes I am a cyclist who doesn't like coffee stops...unless its 20+ degrees and my session is finished 🙈 #keepherlit
