Printing money is the government simply passing the consequences of their corruption to the future. It enables them to stay in office by buying votes with programs while collecting bribes from lobbyists. And it’s all been normalized like that’s how it should operate.

Whoever controls the supply of that currency is not playing in the new economy. They are the house. And the house does not lose.
