Today I sucessfully defended my thesis on transformative learning to develop transformational systems leadership. Delighted to change my status to Dr Hensman-Crook (PHD) !! Huge thanks to my supervisors, family, friends, colleagues and patients who supported this crazy journey!!

Refused to finish my job on Fri 13th so today was my last day at RRU Bulford. Such a brilliant facility, with a team who were so incredibly generous to me with their knowledge and friendship.
Now for a few weeks leave before the next chapter in my military career begins.
