I live in DC and work in L. A. in tv. I rent a car through @Hertz for 7 months at time in L. A. I've done that for the last two tv seasons. It's a shame. This might be my last time renting with @Hertz .

@Reagan_Airport , @Hertz there basically told me to go f*ck myself. I waited 3 hours, ignored, and when they got me a car, it was 2 yr Camry with 50k on the dash board. Basically, their unwanted car. I counted at least 8 @Model3Tesla, cleaned and sitting in the parking deck.

I got screwed by @Hertz rental today. The @Model3Tesla i rented from them wouldn't charge, even though i went to two superchargers including a @Tesla one. It took 45 min to get @Hertz road side assistance on the phone. Once I got them on the phone, they were great.

"We don't drink colored water. Water is colorless, odorless and tasteless. Plus, the water in those fountains is not cold." The water in the Jim Crow fountains was almost always tepid, the message being that substandard access to water was all that Black people deserved to have.
