I was born on this day (a few years back) in beautiful Fort Nelson, BC where a dozen eggs cost 60 cents and a litre of gas was only 7 cents! What year was it? 😊 🎉 🎈

A popular spot during the mid-1880s was the Lakeview House (or Hotel) in Savona, run by pioneer settler Adam Bell Ferguson. The hotel was so successful that they planned to move it to Eagle Pass, but the hotel remained in Savona for many years to come.
