I hate to break it to you guys, but a literal adaptation of The Odyssey would look more like a 24-part art-house miniseries than a movie. The morality would be jarring to modern viewers, and it would contain a lot more sex than social conservatives are accustomed to.

When you post in support of Israel it opens your eyes to how much insanity there is in the world, and I don’t use that word loosely. Thousands and thousands of hysterical replies bristling with baseless ill-informed fury. It’s astonishing to me how people can be so wilfully misled, how completely they have absorbed the Hamas propaganda. It’s as if their brains have been infected by a virus.
