Had to have the hardware removed from my foot this week. The break healed faster than expected (yay!), but became very painful the past few weeks. Looking forward to getting back to normal and back in the groves 🍊🍊

I graduated from the Captains Career Course. As always, I was the only #Entomologist (72B) in a class of 480 #USArmy Medical Officers. The instructors did a great job - we learned a lot. Trinity University was a fantastic host. Bye bye to San Antonio’s humid drenching heat.

After 4 years, 10 months, and 8 days of arriving in the US, I have officially completed my Ph.D. program. It has been a fantastic experience. And I am particularly grateful for the support, mentorship, assistance, and prayers from many people during this academic voyage. 1/4
