@Qantas @qantas please help. I can’t get through to lost property department in Melbourne. I left device on an aircraft. I can see on apples ‘find my’ app that it has been sitting in Terminal 2 for over a month and no one will respond to me.

Our customers travelling around Australia will be offered a range of new inflight dining options as we roll out a new domestic Economy menu – the first since on board catering was simplified during the pandemic.

@Qantas what’s with the lost property department at Melbourne airport? My device was taken off an aircraft and has been sitting in terminal 2 for over a month. I can see the tracking info but literally no one at Qantas will help me.

@Qantas Been trying to get through to Melbourne lost property for weeks. I can see my device sitting at Terminal 2 via apple’s ‘find my app’. It also has my name and phone number engraved on it. Customer service has been no help. I would expect this BS from a budget airline…
