RUBBISH! That's the verdict of most people I've spoken to about Oxfordshire County Council's new booking system for our recycling centres. ♻️ More than 1,000 people have already backed my campaign - recognising that the new booking system, more charges and more rules will lead to increased fly-tipping. There is no excuse for fly-tipping, it is a crime, but why make it harder to ordinary residents to do the right thing. Given the opportunity to scrap the system at a council meeting last month, Lib Dems used their majority on the council to keep the booking system in place.
