I don’t know the pressure of playing the back nine on Sunday at the Masters, but I do know the pressure of standing on the 18th tee needing a 6 to break 100 while playing a decaying range ball because I chunked two Titleists in a pond at 17. I assume it’s more or less the same.

Augusta Diaries Fri -MC Hammer called and unfortunately the Augusta Diaries come to an abrupt ending… -I got off to a really poor start. Warm up wasn’t good and I think I let that hang over me for too long. Bogey on 1 is one thing and made a good par on 2 after a poor tee shot but the bogeys on 3 and 4 were really more mental than anything. They weren’t playing that difficult and I screwed it up. 3 especially. 😮‍💨 -I got into a much better mindset after 5 but I was too far behind the eight ball at that point. I’ll use this as a learning experience to get into the present moment quicker and be better the next time I’m in this situation.

I’m confident this won’t be my last Masters and I think each yr I’m learning the course more and more. I was pretty comfortable but my game just wasn’t there in the shape I needed it to be. I’ll probably be practicing at ANGC for another couple of days before I drive over to RBC. Another signature event which I’m always excited to play. Thanks for reading along this week! Really appreciated the support from my followers this week online and in person at the Masters.

What would Min Woo Lee do if he was a patron at the Masters for the day? “Probably have to do to the merch tent first. I'm sure there is a shipping situation there so you spend at least one to two thousand dollars I would say. I think that's pretty average. “You ship it and then probably go down to 16. You can kind of see the tee shots off 16, people skip it. If it's a practice round. And then you watch the tee shots on 6. You can kind of watch 15 as well. “So I think that trio of holes is a pretty good area. If I had to sit somewhere. But I would probably want to see the leaders or my favorite golfer. “But, yeah, definitely get the merch first. (Smiling.) That's probably a priority. And then yeah, just enjoy it.
