We’re not perfects. But our players and staff deserve the full respect and support. And we must be resilient to change the people’s mood trough facts. Difference between a drama club and a stable and strong club is that when results are not good (and it happens to everyone no matter who), instead to have people that choose to point and blame each other, instead to set fire to everyone and everything, we have people looking for the solutions and staying together. Last third of the season is coming. The big picture is beautiful. We earned to dream and feelings are everywhere, normal to be excited. I am prouder than ever of AVFC players and coaches no matter what and proud of the people like you that are supporting us and sending their energy and hopes. You must know that here inside we are grateful and responsible. And inside and outside we must be ware that this is going to be an inch-by-inch pathway until the final success. Not a walk in the park, no shortcuts for us. No dramas, no parties. Hard-work, resilient mentality and unity required on this boat!
