Well @AnkerOfficial to the rescue again! Today one of our solar fence chargers bit the dust. With no time to charge a new one up and fences no longer hot - we were in a spot. But the Solix was up to the task! Plugged up an older charger we had laying around and boom - fence it hot again! According to the app, with current power consumption it will run the fence for 13 days. 😂🎉

Today's @claudeai Cowork is a revenue generator! (we hope) Here is what is going to happen. Each day at 9 am, it pings @HubSpot looking for people under the age of 40 who have a birthday coming up in the next month. Using @Back9ins api, it takes the customer's data and generates 5 life insurance quotes. It drafts an email with the quotes and uses context from their file to draft a custom email from them, pitching one of the quotes - with an emphasis on products with no medical exams. It puts the drafts in Gmail, ready for me to send.

I showed the zap to Claude, who was offended at the complexity. It asked clarifying questions around the logic and replaced the entire Zap's 92 steps with one step. We've been testing it now for several days and it's working beautifully!

As the agency has grown, there have become a lot of if/then logic that happens with our leads. "If lead is from X source, and it's during business hours do this, else do that." The zap was 92 steps long. A lot of places to break, and a lot of task usage.

So for today's insurance and @claudeai Cowork, we fixed a @zapier zap. Technically, you could have done this without cowork, but go with me on this. Speed to lead is critical, and we had a zap that took all our different lead sources and assigned the correct owners and automated the first contact. Easy...except...

Forgot to post yesterday so thank @rclark_24 for reminding me. Today's @claudeai Cowork for insurance agents is a simple one. If you're like me, you probably have tons of channels for action items to come across on. For me, it's email, @Slack, and @HubSpot . That said, I'm a big Apple Reminders guy. They appear on the home screen of my phone. To clean this up, I set up a scheduled task in Cowork that runs once per hour. It checks HubSpot, Slack, and my email for action items and adds them to my Apple Reminders. Simple. Effective.

@DeaPea21 @claudeai Thats done at the time of sale. When a policy is created, we assign an owner. Once assigned, it can't be modified.

You can also use @claudeai cowork to reconcile commissions for your insruance agency...fast. We were already using AI for this, but cowork cut out about 15 steps. In a folder on my desktop, I put commission statements. Claude grabs them, checks & updates them, then gives me a summary of what all it did.

Going to start posting every day the stuff I set up using @claudeai Cowork for my insurance agency. Today, a daily debrief. My service team uses @SlackHQ to communicate and we have a #serviceteam channel they talk in. Each day at 4:30pm, 30 minutes before close, Claude pulls all day's phone calls from @HubSpot , summarizes them, identifies action items, and posts a summary in the channel for my team. I also prompted it to make a list of action items for the team to confirm got completed. Example of the summary in next tweet. 1/2
