@NHSActivistRN I used to work in NHS 18 years ago as a Physio. We were told not to prioritize NHS staff, as was our policy, which we had always done. We Ignored the instruction, as why would you want to stop staff getting the treatment to get back to work?

This does beg the question should there be some fast track for NHS staff? Hear me out.... if NHS staff end up off sick due to inability to get seen for their own health problems this creates service delays in their sectors which in turn affects patients. So....would it make sense. Opinions?
