you could 100% ask claude code to build you that same tool

these are the two tools im using to create (and animate) my app mascots 👀
genuinely surprised NOBODY is talking about midjourney anymore, so good for animations 😮💨

This app will NEVER be released So why did I spend 10 hours on a mascot? IDK FOR FUN 🤫 I feel like I need this reminder every once in a while and I’m sure I’m not alone… Not everything needs to be for growth/MRR You can and SHOULD just build cool stuff because it’s fun ✨

we’re finally back up but man that was unacceptable @supabase
But positives:
1. confirmed Amy has real users
2. forced me to put in safeguards
3. will be using @convex now for a few things that are unreleased

@phil_rechberg @helloitsolly @SenjaHQ There are very few business that will have liquidity events to cash out.
It could be an option to be shares or cash, that way the employee can decide if they want the risk or not.

@helloitsolly @SenjaHQ In my experience many people are actually not motivated by this. They prefer “simple” pay.
And those truly motivated by participation want shares/options and the profits to reinvest in growth…

Should I introduce a profit share at @SenjaHQ ?
I want the team to drive revenue growth and profitability so I need to actually align incentives
Plus it feels like the right thing to do
Here's what I am currently thinking:
- Quarterly payouts
- Equal split of 8% - 12% of profit [TBD]
- Available to full time not fractional team members
- Paid out to those currently at Senja at the point of payout
- Paid out if you've been present for at least 2 of the last 3 months
