If a game isn't fun within the first hour then it's doing it's job wrong and the devs have failed to create a quality product.

The problem is that Concord raised the bar for flops SO HIGH, that games that flop are perceived as "doing ok" because they're not as bad as Concord Marathon is an underperformer, weirdos try to defend it by arguing "its alive"...in reality, it's just an average pre-Concord flop

So how come you have accurate and honest opinions, whereas my opinions - which align with the vast majority of users/critical reviews, are not?

It's slop. You can enjoy it as much as you want, but at least be honest about it.

After 200 hours I much prefer it to Arc. There is still plenty for me todo whereas with Arc it felt like I ran out of meaningful things to do ages ago.

Art style is very opinionated tbh cuz i love the pastel/cyber art style 4. Runner designs were directly designed after characters in the og game--->

@nickjcal Yeah 230+ hours myself. Never put so many hours into a game in 6 weeks in 40 years of gaming. Just can't even consider playing anything else.

Play it. 200 hours in already. Once you get through the learning curve it’s a hell of a lot of fun.

@Powerboss1983 @Polygon Sales numbers has absolutely no bearing on the quality of a game. Returnal is an incredible game, but as is the way it goes, has been out sold by many inferior games.
