Hey @AmericanAir why is there no boarding benefit to a first class? I pay for First Class every time and then board with the cattle call that is Group 1. You’re ruining the experience for your best paying customers.

Also what’s the point of group 1 boarding for American flights if half the plane is group 1?

I’m about to fly and there’s 50 ppl standing around the boarding area for a flight that doesn’t have a plane at the gate and no one at the desk. I do not understand it. We are not boarding on time.

If @AmericanAir has 50 People boarding with Group 1, why don’t you make it Concierge Key, First Class and then groups. I pay for first class because my miles mean absolutely nothing anymore when it comes to upgrades. So if I pay for first class, I expect first class service.
