@AmericanAir Your boarding process is terrible. My husband has over 2 million miles on American and I have over 200,000 miles. We exclusively fly American even though we no longer live in DFW area. The husband and wife in front of me were in an exit row. How were they boarding with group 1?

If @AmericanAir has 50 People boarding with Group 1, why don’t you make it Concierge Key, First Class and then groups. I pay for first class because my miles mean absolutely nothing anymore when it comes to upgrades. So if I pay for first class, I expect first class service.

Day 4 of no hot water ! No offer of moving us to another hotel. Offered another room but it is a problem in the entire resort! @WestinLaPaloma @MarriottBonvoy

How is the manager of the hotel not on site with such a mess of no hot water?

No hot water and low water pressure at a resort with no idea when they will have it fixed! No compensation, no explanation! I will never stay here again! Even worse we brought friends here and have stayed here many times! Last time for you! @WestinLaPaloma @MarriottBonvoy
