Karen Read wins AGAIN 🎉 Well well well… after all that sanctimonious outrage over “privacy” and “fishing expeditions,” Superior Court judge Doolin just ordered that Michael Proctor’s personal cell phone extraction be turned over to all parties in the O'Keefe vs Read / Canton bars matter. Proctor's own attorney confirmed in court contains 13 years of data including explicit images, names of SA victims (to be redacted), and assumably “homophobic” and “anti-Semetic” texts. The same extraction that coincided with his union attorney walking away, the union dropping him, and his job appeal evaporating in a single day. What the order actually says: 🔹️ Counsel in O’Keefe v. C&C Hospitality gets ONE copy 🔹️ Limited to attorneys, experts, investigators, etc. 🔹️ Can be shown during depositions 🔹️ Cannot be publicly disseminated (yet) 🔹️ SA victim names may be redacted 🔹️ Includes material previously deemed “bias information” in other cases Reminder: this is the NEW phone extraction, not the discovery dump from the criminal trials that Proctor’s side kept pretending was “enough.” Also important: ➡️ Other defendants in Proctor-led cases already received this extraction ➡️ The Commonwealth had the data ➡️ Proctor got the physical phone back… and then “lost” it ➡️ So Read’s team literally could NOT subpoena the device directly And despite Proctor’s attorney arguing this is “just a civil case” with “no constitutional rights at issue” (lol), the judge still said produce it. Essentially meaning that the court did not buy the “nothing to see here” routine. Congrats to Karen Read’s team.. the vault just got opened. 🍾

My wife and I were giving each other the silent treatment last week in Chicago. I realized I’d need her to wake me at 5 AM for an early flight back to Atlanta. Not wanting to be the first to break the silence, I wrote a note: “Please wake me at 5 AM.” The next morning, I woke up, looked at the clock, and saw it was already 9 AM. I’d missed my flight. Furious, I was about to yell at my wife when I noticed a piece of paper by the bed. It read: “It’s 5 AM. Wake up.”

A husband and wife are showering when the doorbell rings. The woman is just getting out and says, “I’ll get it.” So, she goes to the door wearing just a towel. A man stands at the door, looks at the half-naked beauty, and says, “My name is Barry, and I’ll give you £300 to take off the towel!” The wife thinks for a moment and decides, “What the hell - £300 is £300, right?” So she drops the towel. The guy looks at her gorgeous body for a while, gives her a wink and a thumbs-up, hands her £300, and leaves. She goes upstairs and finds her husband just getting out of the shower. “Who was at the door?” he asks. She says, “Some guy named Barry.” The husband asks, “Oh, that’s Barry from work. I own a small bakery. We aren’t famous, but we pay the bills. Last Tuesday, a woman came in. She was gripping her purse so tight her knuckles were white. She looked at the display case for a long time—too long. She pointed to the smallest plain vanilla cupcake we had. 'Just that one, please,' she whispered. 'Could you… could you put a tiny candle on it? It’s my daughter’s 6th birthday.' I looked at her shoes. They were wet. It was raining outside, and she had walked here. I looked at her eyes. Red-rimmed. I knew that look. It’s the look of a parent who has to choose between rent and a party. 'I’m sorry,' I said, putting on my best acting face. 'I actually have a huge problem. See this 8-inch chocolate cake with the unicorn frosting?' She looked at the expensive cake on the counter. 'My new decorator messed it up,' I lied. 'The icing is… uh… uneven. I can’t sell it. I was about to throw it in the trash. Would you do me a favor and take it off my hands? No charge. It saves me the guilt of wasting food.' She stared at me. She knew. The icing was perfect. She started to cry, right there in front of the croissant tray. 'Are you sure?' she asked. 'Please,' I insisted. 'You’re doing me a favor.' She walked out with a cake that would have cost $65, holding it like it was gold. Yesterday, I found a card slid under my door. It was a drawing from a 6-year-old girl. A unicorn with a big smile. And in wobbly crayon letters: 'Thank you for making my mommy happy.' Best profit I’ve made all year.
