and this is why Cops (+ First 48) is still my go-to hotel tv show - all the content is like this: chickens s***ing in cop cars and everyone wondering what the heck is going on while they laugh & ponder on the reality of some peoples’ lives 🥲

One year ago in Port Orchard, Washington, USA, a 50-year-old man was arrested after allegedly breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s home and stealing her pet chicken named Polly. The man allegedly kicked in his ex-girlfriend’s door, grabbed the chicken and yelled, “I’ve got Polly!” multiple times before running into the woods. Deputies eventually located him sobbing in the bushes, still clutching the bird tightly. Body camera footage shows the man clutching the chicken, repeatedly pleading with deputies, “Don’t hurt my chicken,” as he is taken into custody. Deputies let him put the chicken in the back of a patrol car before taking him into custody. Polly was safely returned to her owner. The man was later booked on charges of residential burglary and violating an order of protection. County records show the man had been released from custody nearly three hours before the incident.

If this wasn’t a dangerous current event I’d laugh at the irony of her philistine. She’s fatuously obtuse of herself & her actions—but I’d like to shed light on the fact that she couldn’t tell it was his voice again (likely hours apart) & his doing this on purpose for satire…

Fake immigration “hotline” gets a call from a teacher asking to deport a kindergarten student’s parents, saying “we normally don’t have Hispanics here” and they “don’t belong.” The host mocks her, saying “yeah, the little fellow could be a national security threat.”

1. I am full atheist but grew up in 2 very different / very deep religious communities (I’m baptized Orthodox, one of (if not) THE MOST extreme Christian religion.
2. Mixed feelings on Joe Rogan but I do enjoy some shows

@CollinRugg @joerogan We’re human, even aligned beliefs differ somewhere: values are deeply personal in formation/practice; we focus on reacting to the few differences than harnessing our strengths formed thru evolution.
