@TheKafeEsports I had a pretty interesting first VC interaction with your Operations Director. The team I joined had been doing well. We were 3-0 in our first two matches together, with only one rough scrim because we were using ringers and running trials. Going into Friday's warm-up, we were missing both our starting HS and MS. Nora, who was coaching the team, agreed to fill on main support for us. The warm-up didn't go well since we were playing into a comp we hadn't practiced against. We asked Nora what they wanted us to play, and the response was essentially, "I don't know, play Sig comp." So we did. Then, in the middle of the second map, while our FS was live on stream, Nora whispered to the FS stating "I fucking hate Chi." This proceeded to tilt people and caused the FS, FDPS, and a sub to quit the season, effectively blowing up the team. That was a very strange and unprofessional experience, especially from someone who is both a coach and the Operations Director of an OWCS organization. For context, my DMs with Nora consist of scrim scheduling and one conversation where I asked if they would manage VTY Voidwalkers before Season 7, as far as I can remember. I'd genuinely like to understand where this apparent hatred toward me comes from. I'm not interested in Twitter drama, but I also don't understand why your staff has an issue with me. If there's an issue I'm unaware of, I'd much rather have a conversation and clear the air than continue with unnecessary hostility. I'm more than willing to talk things through so we can resolve whatever the problem is professionally.

I just want to say that these past few months have been amazing! Being part of wonderful OW orgs like @VivacityOw 🩵 and being surrounded by such passionate and supportive people who I can now call my friends has been incredible. I went from losing my passion for esports after being harassed at school, being in an unhealthy relationship, and dealing with so many other challenges, all of which eventually led to my hospitalization. Now, I feel like I'm finally becoming myself again after years of stress and anxiety. Of course, I'm not 100% yet, but I'm proud to be surrounded by such wonderful people. 🩵 I love everyone around me 💕
