@Jacalakie @LBC @Tesla Hi John! Not intentional bias - there just wasn't a Tesla after hours share price quoted in the FT story I was summarising - but as a "Mag 7" I'd argue that Tesla is valued more as a tech play than a car manufacturer. In any case its shares also down around 6% today.

@ClaerB on @LBC - interesting that when talking about major US car manufacturers @Tesla failed to be mentioned. Intentional or unconscious bias who knows! Just odd as they are a really big player - 4th largest I think.

@WeAreOpenreach Is anyone aware of an instance in which GDPR has achieved anything useful for consumers rather than being an excuse for not providing a proper service? The fault is not with our providers if this has caused 120 flats to go offline simultaneously???

@ClaerB You've done the best thing by reporting this to your provider as this is the guidance from Ofcom. I'm sorry that your provider cuts you off. Due to GDPR, we only update providers on the progress of a fault and providers share this with customers. ^Antony

@WeAreOpenreach Hello, the broadband has gone down for our entire block of flats (120 flats, huge range of providers). It is impossible to get through to a human and make you aware that this is an entire building fault. BT is telling me over one week to repair 😡 please DM me

@WeAreOpenreach Well, believe it or not, we are doing that! But seeing as this is a major fault and has knocked out the entire building you would think there would be a way of reporting this? BT just cuts me off when I try to speak to a human being. Disgraceful!

@ClaerB Hi Claer. I'm sorry to hear about the fault. When anyone has a fault with their service, it's important they report it to their own provider. The provide will inform Openreach and the provider will also offer an estimated repair time. I hope the matter is resolved soon. ^Antony
