@ONS Unemployment was 5.1% in the last quarter and 5% this quarter, so isn't that 0.1 percentage points down? Am I missing something here? thanks

Office for National Statistics (ONS)
In November to January the employment rate was down 0.3 percentage points on the previous quarter (August to October 2020), while unemployment was up 0.1 percentage points. The economic inactivity rate was up 0.3 percentage points ow.ly/V4Cc50E5Smm
