We would like to introduce the Continuous Improvement Team. We are a team of lean specialists responsible for teaching and coaching staff in Continuous Improvement methodology. The team also help to support improvement works ongoing within the trust. #STaR #BHRUT

Today we would like to introduce you to our Organisational Development Team (Staff Engagement). A brief description of one of the many interventions we are focusing on now: You Made A Difference has now been updated we will have 2 individual winners as well as a team/department.

These people are STaRs - @BHRUT_NHS Strategic Transformation and Redesign team (see what we did there?) A combo of QI,CI, PMO, OD & Wellbeing teaming together to support transformation at the Trust. Sharing & building knowledge and skills #impact how we deliver care. ⭐️

I can not put into words how proud and constantly amazed I am by the STaR Team in everything they do and who each individual is and how they shine 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
