Universal vaccinating used to be part of my role as a HV. I knew the families, we had a good relationship and I was able to use the contact for so much more than just giving a vaccination. Uptake was good and I knew exactly who was likely to not attend.

Destitution has ⬆️ across the UK, but particularly in London, Wales and the West Midlands. In Scotland destitution ⬆️ much more slowly. Newham, Manchester and Middlesbrough were the local authorities with the highest rates of destitution.
