@HostGator customer support experience. Pay a fee for advanced support, case is marked with priority status, 48 hours go by with client's site down, check status and told within 8-hours it'll be done. 8-hours later receive an email: sorry we can't do it, we're overloaded. Unreal.

@HostGator As a company, you decided to leave customers with no support. I never would have agreed to take support on the option to pay for added service, having the site down for 48 hours, had I known this would be the outcome. I was paying for expertise and trust that's been broken.
