I was told to use my back door!!!! But an engineer would come today 15th he would be here by 1pm guess not as there’s no sign of him. So to sum up I have a broken door missed 3 days of work and have been told to use my back door. Never use safe style

They were definitely coming. Tuesday no sign ,the door could not be found I only knew because after 45 mins on the line I was told no engineer was coming ,my door was not safe so an emergency engineer would come. Again a no show. It’s now Wednesday again I call sorry no engineer

@SafestyleUKplc what is wrong with your customer service?. I had a new door in November by May it had been fixed twice and now needs to be replaced(3xnow having to wait in) a new door was due to be installed on Tuesday 12/7 despite me ringing on the Monday all was ok
